Gatwick Airport Parking Guide

Like all airports there is a mixture of short stay car parks and long stay car parks for you to choose from. You will find that many of the independent long stay car park operators are located a few minutes coach ride from the main airport terminals at Gatwick airport.

If you are going to be away for more than two days your best option would be to look at long term car parking at Gatwick Airport. As with all car parks at Gatwick Airport they offer secure and safe parking with regular shuttle services to and from the airport terminals.

Gatwick Airport South Terminal Long Term Parking

Although there are many long stay car parking options and the south terminal the recommended options are 'Summer Special Parking', Parking Express at Gatwick and Park Plus at Gatwick.

The Summer Special long stay car park at Gatwick Airport is actually located just to the north of the airport whereas the Park Plus is situated closer to the airport, about two to three minutes away, and provides valet parking (your car is parked for you). The Parking Express long stay car parking at Gatwick airport is nest to the south terminal and is a standard self park car park.

The north terminal long stay car parks are again located just outside of the airport and the main choices that we recommend are Holiday Parking and Gatwick NCP Flightpath. Each of these car park are located north of the actual airport itself.

Due to increased security measures across all UK airport there is no longer a pick up point so you will be directed to one of the short stay car parks. However there is a special tariff for this which allows you to park for 15 minutes at a tariff of £1.
